BRN On Stage is our platform to amplify the voices of Black recruiters and allies - spotlighting the expertise, lived experiences, and forward-looking insights that can shape the future of Talent Acquisition and the wider recruitment industry.
Together with our community partners, we’re also focused on demystifying recruitment for today’s jobseekers, helping them better understand the market and access opportunities.
We’re calling on our community to share what you know: from strategies that work in practice to those that empower underrepresented talent and build more equitable hiring.

CBF Fest brings together technologists, innovators, and leaders from across the UK and beyond for a day of inspiring talks, workshops, and networking.
Looking for speakers to lead a workshop, be on a panel and/ or co-lead a roundtable covering topics like:
